Hi
I will soon be upgrading from Win 98 to Win2000.AMD2600 Radeon 9200SE GigaByte MoBo. Could I create a small partition eg(500mb.I have Partition Magic) and delete Win98 and load Win2000 into the small partition? Then update the drivers for the graphics card ?
Or.....is it better to let Win200 perform the upgrade from Win98?(I hear this is not good)

win2k i think would need a lot more than 500mb

so creat a new primary for Win2K (2GB minimum) and keep win98, dual boot system managed by bootmagic, when you are satisfied with win2k, load PM on win2k, delete the partition with 98, re-size partition.
