Will Windows 95 software run on XP and upwards?

I'd like to know if software with minimum requirements of Pentium 90 MHz, Windows 95 running in 256 colours, DirectX compatible, 16MB of RAM, and a 6x CD-ROM drive can be run successfully on XP and above? Can you help please?

You would need to try it, Vista is far more picky than XP in this respect click here and click tab (software) to see compatibility problems.
