im in the middle of getting new parts for my currently non working pc, mainly a new psu and a gfx card.

my current setup is:

Sagitta II ATX Case (rear 120mm led fan, side 80mm led fan, front 120mm non led, 120mm led for the thermalright ultra 120.)

Additional cooling - thermaltake ram cooler, thermaltake SL1 pci cooler

ABIT IP35 PRO X3
quad core Q6600
4x1gb DDR2 corsair xms2
500gb hdd
sound blaster 2 card
1 dvd/cd samsung lightscribe

im looking at getting this psu: click here which i hope will power this new gfx card im after: click here

will this be sufficient? Also my quad will be getting overclocked to 3.2ghz-3.6ghz with some minor overclocks on the gfx.

Many thanks!
