will I be able to burn ?

  kilted_jockey 17:36 22 Nov 03

I only have a P166MMX processor in my computer and I am thinking of getting a cdrw drive. The only thing is I have checked the requirements of a few possible drives and they all seem to want a minimun of P2 400mhz. Can anybody point me in the right direction regarding this?

Thanks kilted.

If you get a burn proof drive and burn at a fairly low speed, you should be ok. I have seen a 120mhz do this with no problem... but cannot guarantee anything in your case - :-)

Yes, you will be OK. Set your burn speed for 4x and you won't have any problems.
