Wi-Fi analysis tools (PC Advisor article)

Can anyone let me know the download which allows me to analyse my wireless network signal (and any others which may be nearby).

I think it was mentioned in a PC Advisor article (about wireless networks) within the last few months but I've had a clear out and it seems those issues have gone in the bin!

I am living in a flat now for a while because of work and I think that there is some interference causing problems with my network.

Also, on attached devices in the router, I have both of my laptops listed but also a rogue listing (named: PC_127147) with a MAC address. I use MAC Address filtering to allow wireless access to the router and have the MAC addresses of both laptops registered. Is this someone else trying to connect (or successfully connecting) to my router?
