Hi. Any idea why some DVD players (in this case an external Lg player) don't recognize some DVDs.In some cases 2 DVDs come in a same case but only one is recognize, the other one if a try to EXPLORE it, nothing comes. And if I try to open it a message says "the format is not recognize for the drive D". What happens?. any idea. Thanks.

You are absolutely right. I checked it out with a specialist and he said the same thing. In fact, all DVD players do not recognize all DVD disks and especially when they are different brand names.

Hi guys. any other opinions about this problem. Also I'd like to know about what type (brand) of DVD writer reads any type of DVD b4 I buy another one. The one I have at the moment is an LG external.
I have rented some DVD from Love film especially the ones from Europe and india and they can' be red.

Are they region 2 or is your player multi region. that covers the rentals as for blanks what does your player support all types -or +

Yes. It's multiregion. I don't talk about blanks just rentals or bought.

In that case there is no plus or minus involved commercial dvd's (movies are dvd- rom book type
