Why does my computer do this when starting up? (Video)

I bought my computer from Chillblast a few years ago.

Recently, when I press the power button, the lights come on and it sounds like it is trying to start but then stops. It then tries again and will come on.

It isn't really a problem but just wondered if something is about to fail.

I had to replace my PSU this morning so thought I would take a video:

PSu Most likely the cause of your start up problems.

I ordered a better PSU when buying my Chillblast last year.
