why are FSB's for 3700+ 939's different?

I've just been looking at some CPU's, 939's to be precise. And noticed that the 3700+ kept showing either a different speed (2200 or 2400) and Different fsb. 1 would say 2000 and others would say 800. Its been a while since i looked at CPU's but did i miss a meeting? whats going on? The specs for the CPU's are the same 1mb cache, voltage same and price seems to be the same. Can anyone shed any light on why they have different FSB's plze? Thank you.
