Who needs a Ram Manager?

  clydee 19:59 18 Aug 05

greetings fellow pc slaves!

would welcome your advice and tips on the most effective ram utility as i have come to realise that windows is not very good with its ram utilisation....ie a lot gets wasted...pc slows down and likely falling over..drunk!

you may have guessed im running (still) with windows 1898SE and that i must get windows XP which manages ram betterer!

Any suggestions on some free or almost free software?

many thanks

TuneUp Utilities click here is a very nice piece of software and has an excellent memory management facility (I use it on my Win98 Desktop). The link allows you to download the free 30 day trial version.

There are free memory management programs available, but since I've never used them I'll leave it to others to advise.
