i have about £200 to spend on an upgrade and as my motherboard supports a 4x apg and i have a 5700 nvidia graphics card would i be better to upgrade the motherboard and prossesor to a amd64 3000 and keep my curent graphics card or just replace the card for a 6600 gt

the 6600gt will improve gaming a lot and is a lot easier upgrade.

The RAM may not be useable on the new motherboard depending on the speed of the FSB of the new processor so I too would vote for the graphics card upgrade.
