Which of these three NAS drives is best?

Hopefully someone can recommend the best NAS drive to fit my needs. I'm looking to stream music to itunes, HD video, content to TV/PS3 etc. 1tb should be more than enough so I have narrowed it down to three models:

1) Buffalo LinkStation Live
2) Western Digital My Book World Edition
3) Iomega Home Media Network

All reviews I have read rank them pretty evenly but ideally I'm looking for the quietest, faster transfer speed, no rights/format restrictions, good FTP interface etc

I use the Western digital My book world edition 2TB NAS and i have had nothing but trouble with it. After about a couple hours it would become un-acessable even though you could still ping it i had to SSH into the device and Disable Mionet and the Media server Twonky
