Acer Aspire 5741 Intel Core i3-330M / 15.6 / 3GB / 320GB / DVD+/-RW / Windows 7 Home Premium / Laptop / Notebook PC.....£396.49

click here if you scroll down to find the review on T4500 it compares it to the i3-350M (the Acer you mention is the i3-330M)

The Amazon one (Acer 5734Z) has 4GB Ram and a larger hard drive (500GB)

Personally I would go for the Acer 5741 but others may differ.

Review here on the 5741 click here (mentions 2Gb ram but ignore - the one you are looking at has 3Gb)

If you want to save yourself £30 (should you decide on the Acer 5741) Dixons are doing it for £369.99 - it is "Refurbished" but comes with a full 12 month Warranty (as per new laptops) Read more about it here -click here

The 5741 has the i-330 and DDR3 memory. Definately the better of the two. It also has 3 USB ports.

That would be the one I'd go for.
