which processor is better of the two?

I have an AM Phenom Triple core in my old computer, and have just been given a new computer with an AMD A4-6300 APU with radion graphics 3.7GHz. The ram is the same in both computers, but the new one seems slow. It may be because of Windows 10 (slow broadband here), the old computer has win7. I am tempted to put my old processor in, and my old hard drive (which isn't actually all that old, as I replaced that about a year ago. Am I right or should I use the new processor. I don't do gaming, but I watch videos. otherwise just email and stuff.

The AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon graphics 3.7GHz is slightly better but not by much. I would wait for the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, about early August, before you do anything. It will be kinder for the APU's usage.

Thanks for replying. It probably seemed a thick question but I really didn't know. I'll hang on for a bit to see if Win 10 improves. Thanks again Wendy
