You should get the A8 version as it has more graphic core than the A6...you shall experience more satisfaction with the A8 APU.

I'm just wondering if the difference in RAM would be noticeable for everyday use and casual gaming?

As one of them has the A6 but with 8GB of RAM while the A8 has 6GB of RAM.

My sister has HP Pavilion G6-1331ea. If you like it then go for it, HP is way better then Toshiba, Dell or other brands :)

Not much point in resurrecting a 3 week old thread. The laptop has probably been bought. If you read some of the things about HP then your last statement doesn't hold water. They are good but not way better than Toshiba or other brands.

The last computer that I bought it took me at least a month to choose. I am not sure whether dominic_cwy has already bought or not but I decided to write my opinion.
