Which ISP ?

A friend has an old PC running Win 98 with 56k dial up.He wants to be able to receive emails and get on the Internet to browse for cheap holidays and the like for no more than a hour a day.What is his cheapest option , free if possible ?

Most Pay as you go ISPs are free. You just pay for the phone call (generally an 0845 local call rate phone number)

If he wants to get on line and not register to any particular ISP and just be charged local rates..use this one click here. I use it for testing and never had a problem yet!
