Which DVD Burner to buy?

Hi, first time on here!
I've got a six yr old "Tiny" computer running windows XP Pro with a measly 450 mhz processor.
I've filled up my 60 gig hard drive with movies and music and need to burn them to dvd's & cd's but I am having problems with my existing cd burner.
I am in the market for a new internal dvd burner drive and looking to spend about £50 but the reviews of the ones I've looked at all say that they require at least an 850 mhz processor. Will they work with my system?
Thanks for any help you can give me, Terry.

my system has a 1466mhz processor and sometimes struggles to burn a dvd....it's a hell of a lot of imformation passing through the processor i think from what i've been told your 450 processor may well struggle to keep up with burning demands of a dvd but i might be wrong ask in your local pc shop perhaps ?
