Well - logic says you can't have both - the best performing PC will be much more expensive than the best priced PC.

So what you want has to be a compromise. You'll need to explain what you want to do with the computer which will affect how you make your particular compromise.

The acer comes with an operating system, the big pockets one does not.

So unless you have a spare O\S, you could be looking at an extra £200 for the difference.
