Ashampoo Magical Defrag. Set it and forget it, you never have to defrag again.

In fact the freebie was so good I got the paid for version, and I'm normally a tight git! ;)

Might be advisable to turn off vistas own defrag programme first. It's set to run at a scheduled time by default.
