where's my send to desktop(create shortcut)

Could someone please help when I right click on a program on the program menu to send a shotcut to the desk top it is missing from the menu

if you go to windows explorer and work your way to programme files, you can right click there, and make a short cut.

could someone help I would lie to know how to set up the e-mail for outlook express as panda has it set for ms outlook and it wont reconize

You don't give your O/S but whichever you can add other destinations to Send To. In the Send To folder, which is located in your Windows folder, create shortcuts to the destinations you send files to often, such as a printer, fax machine, or particular folder.
