Got a technical query or a problem with your PC? With more than a million posts already in our database the chances are good that we've resolved the same problem for someone in the past. Before you post your own thread, try using our search facility - it may save you (and us) some valuable time.

I would if I could find it

Top right of page.I have found though that if you have an ad blocker running,it doesent show.

Up near the top right in the yellow strip, a box called 'Google Custom Search' for you to type in your search words... if you are using any kind of a blocker, make sure you allow 'Google AJAX Search API' search widget or the box won't show.

I too have been looking for "Search". I have Adblock Plus running on my Laptop, so that will be the reason. How do I allow Adblock to allow a search?

Thank you

I am using Firefox - Ghostery - Ad Blocker.

I shall go play.

Or to search forums you could use the ordinary Google search, Copy and paste the following into Google:

search facility site:pcadvisor.co.uk/forums

you put whatever search words you want in front of site:pcadvisor.co.uk/forums

It was Ghostery blocking 'Google AJAX Search API'

I didn't suspect there might be good guy trackers
