Where to save to?

I have a patch that i need to improve a game, But where excatlly do I save the patch to so It works with the game?

create a folder name it game patches and save to it.

create the folder by right clicking desktop and choose new folder. later move the folder to where you want.

remember to unzip the patch and it should auto load.

When you execute/run the download, the code will be installed in the game files to which it relates so it does not really matter where you save the downloaded patch file. As sunnystaines has intimated, it may all be in a Zip file, so if so, you will need to unzip it and then run the .exe file or setup file as applicable. There should be some instructions in a read me file perhaps.

Yes you are correct, but no harm in a hint now and again. I notice that it is becoming more common to not say thanks or confirm that the problem has been solved and also leave the thread unticked.
