where is the repair option in add/remove?

Go to Add/Remve Programs in Control Panel, click to remove "Internet Explorer and Tools" (IIRC) and choose the repair option.

Click on remove and the options to add a component/repair/ restore previous configuration will appear.

Open Control Panel/Add & Remove Programmes/ select and highlight Microsoft Internet Explorer/click Add & Remove/ in the next window displayed, select the option you want ......repair Internet Explorer.
