Where do .iaf files live?

Hi guys.

Where do .iaf files live on an XP machine?
I am trying to import from a different machine but the import facility in OE is saying there is a error and can't import. Wanted to try dropping them into the correct folder.

That would depend on where you chose to put the file when you exported as an .iaf click here

I have the files on a pen drive, I wanty to know where to put them back

The files do not exist in XP but are just a means of exporting/importing the internet account details. You can not just slot them into a folder.
In OE Tools-Acoounts -Import the .iaf file.

Sorry, I didn't get what you meant - I do now :)

As per Quiet Life says, you have to import them.
What is the error message you get?

From memory, and it's been a while since I did it,
Copy them to your desktop from the pen drive and rightclick and choose Properties, and make sure they are NOT read only before you do the import in OE
