Greetings:I need the best free anti-virus program available on the Internet. Any suggestions from the Forum are greatly appreciated.
I think you have your answer in your same post in Helproom!
I goodone is AVG, also use Spybot, Adaware, A2freeFind one that suits you, however be warned-- if you have more than one Anti-virus running on your system at the same time:1: they may clash (reporting each other as virus's)2: they will slow your system downTerry
look at filehippo that's click here
I suggest Avast; previously used AVG but latterly had problems with it.Avast works fine..
I suggest Avast 5.0. I used it. Then got Norton Internet Security 2010. Avast is the best of them all. 5.0 includes whole new interface.
Not at the same time?
Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!! Avast!!Rules!!!!
No. I meant I used Avast 5.0 and 4.8. Upgraded to newer version. Now use Norton.
i got used to avira as i've always found it to be extremely light on resources and still use it now.there's nothing wrong with avast though and would be my second choice :o)
Calm down dear I thought you had turned into an old seadog when I read your post :)
