What's a Kernel 32 page fault?

  Manfatha 19:40 19 Jan 04

Hi all, please can someone help me out with this. When I go to close my PC down for the night, I keep getting a warning that says Kernel 32 page fault in Explorer, or suchlike. I ran AVG antivirus to see if it could find it, & it discovered a Trojan Horse virus called "DIA6272.EXE" which I removed. The PC seems to be OK, but when I went to restart so the heal could take place, the Kernel 32 message came up again. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Hi Big Elf, Thank's for the advice, I've done what you've suggested & things seem to be OK. I sent you 3 e-mails in way of thanks but they all bounced right back to me. Do you have a Firewall up? Anyway, thank's very much it's sure appreciated!

I've nothing (as far as I know) that would bounce emails apart from a message rule for emails with my name in the Blind Carbon Copy bit.

The one you sent at 18:44 has arrived. Thanks for your kind comments and also for taking the time to let us know the result.
