Assuming an ATX case,this will do the job just fine click here
Some will argue a heavy branded psu is best,yes it is.
Ive fitted a few of these now with no problems to date.

Well yes...but if i was installing one,nothing less than 500watt is my moto.
As long as its an ATX 300w,you will soon know if the screws line up.

Though i should add,if you have a 300w branded psu it should be ok...but again i would go for something around 500w.
