Yes, if your ISP is willing to give it to them.

That is how police etc find who is viewing what via the internet.

But an individual will not easily do it.

When your computer connects to the internet it needs an address for anything that it requests in terms of the data.

This means that all the data passes through server's that can store all information, especially the internet provider or ISP. The ISP can then trace anything from the site you have visited to what you have downloaded.
