What to do if your question isn't answered

  DieSse 23:24 30 Jul 03

There seems to have been so many posts today, that I looked back and found quite a few with no responses at all.

If this happened to you, don't be too downhearted - it happens at busy times that some get missed.

Simply do a reply to your own query, and put something like "Bump" in the message. This will bring the problem back to the top of the heap for another chance maybe some new people will see it.

It could be that nobody has an answer to the problem or, that the question has been put very badly.
It's been said many times that to get a responsible reaction it's wise to place an accurate fault heading in the box provided.

Don't forget to give system details, particularly what Windows version you use.
