What do I use to clean my scanner glass?

My scanner glass has rather large assortment of fingerprints on the glass. I tried cleaning it with my microfibre spectacle cleaning cloth, but some the more stubborn ones, remain.

There's nothing in the manual, about cleaning the glass, only wiping the plastic outside case.

Anyone know if there are any dedicated scanner glass cleaners? or can I use the monitor wet wipes? I don't exactly want to damage the glass on my £390 scanner, with some unsuitable cleaning product.

(Hmm, it seems I've been using the wrong alcohol to clean the glass.)

The best thing to use is Isopropanol. It dissolves grease(and removes ink) and evaporates without leaving a residue.
