What do I need to have a network using the mains circuit?

Have a look at this page. Basically you would need two Homeplugs, one of which connects to one of the "Super Hub's" ethernet ports and the other to your PC. Additional plugs can be used for connecting another computer or networked device. There are also WiFi Homeplugs, so that the remote one could be used for the connection of devices "wirelessly".

Having said that, in order to get the full speed of your 100Mbps connection with WiFi, you'd almost certainly need to connect directly to the router with a Wireless Network Adapter that supports 300Mbps 802.11n
