Since installing the updates WGA download, on one of my PCs (running XP Pro), I find that it wants to run WGATray.exe everytime the machine is booted.

Other PC (running XP Home), doesn't have this prob.

Anyone else suffering as well?

Thanks guys. Sorry, should have been clearer. Its not that it runs on every boot that is really the issue (I would have expected that anyhow). It is the fact that it tries to phone home (in some form or another) every time (I know this as ZA asks permission every time I boot).

I realise that I can disable it by one means or another, but I wanted to find out if others are suffering from such frequent "phone homes" or not or whether there is, maybe, something peculiar about my system.
