i don't know the wep key or network key for my server, but my pc is plugged in and working fine. is there any way i can find out?

I presume you're talking about a router.

A wep key is basically a set of digits which act like a password to gain accessn normally to a wireless router.

This prevents people accessing your wireless network, and using your bandwith on internet etc..

You don't need one if it's direct connection to your PC.

Ok.
If your pc is connected you have to go to set up page of router

If it's a Belkin, open your browser and type
192.168.2.1
in the address bar.

This will take you to setup page,

select security and read off your WEP details, or even change them.

If it's not a belkin, it may still work.

If not try reading router manual to find ow to access set up.
