Something i've not done before ;but looking for prefferably free software to be able to copy a website and then burn to dvd.

Your advice and suggestions would be appreciated

Try HTTrack click here , it seems to work pretty well, but as when saving sites to view offline, don't go too far down any links there might be on the pages, else you could end up with massive files. Limit links depth to 1 or 2.
