Website Addresses from Windows 98 SE to XP

I currently run Windows 98 SE and am going to upgrade to Windows XP very soon.

Does anyone know how to save all the website addresses in my Favorites drop-down thingy (highly technical term there!) so I can re-save them once Windows XP has been loaded?

I'm not very PC wise, hence my Dad is going to install the XP for me, however, he doesn't know of any way to transfer the website addresses over. The only way I can think of is to type them all in again - not something I'm looking forward to as I have so many.

Or Copy C:\Windows\Favorites to C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Favorites on the XP machine.

What a star, I can't thank you enough, I've just gone through the instructions and have successfully saved all the addresses.

Now, I pressume once XP has been loaded, I go through the same procedure but IMPORT the stuff??

You wouldn't believe how much time it's taken me to manually write all the website addresses ready for inputting, shall chuck that piece of paper away right now!!
