Cor, what a question. First you need someone to host your site for you. Your Internet Service Provider can sometimes do that for you. Who is your ISP? Next the easiest thing is to get your self an editor to help you build the site, if you get one like Front Page it operates like a word processor, its what you call a WYSIWYG editor, What You See Is What You Get. then you can start building it. The site you host it with will give you instructions on how to up-load the files to the server.
