Am I right in thinking that if you check your e-mail on webmail first with a spam blocker on delete all your junk and then open outlook express that the junk would not count in your download limit with broadband. A frined this thinking of going with the Fresserve Broadband with a 2Gb download limit and as she gets loads of junk mail is worried that her limit will be used up, she runs a small business so doesn't want to miss being able to download important messages

Well, if it is deleted before you download it, then it cannot count towards any limit as far as I can see.
