Webcam Problem with Windows Live Messenger

  happychap50 13:17 16 Dec 07

Prior to going on broadband I used MSN Messenger with my webcam to contact a relative in Australia. The video and sound connections were slow and disjointed but they worked. I have now gone on to broadband and have downloaded the latest version of MSN Messenger (which is now Windows Live Messenger). The sound is now perfect when I use the webcam but I cannot get a video link - it constantly says "video loading" at both my end and the Australia end, but the video link never comes up. Can you suggest a solution? Thanks.
