My ISP used to be Ntl and this was who I submitted my site through to get my web address.
I am now with another ISP but I am cant update my site now. Is this because I no longer subscribe to Ntl? Is their a way around this?

I am not sure of the requirements of NTL but would imagine that if your website is in the form of

or the likes, then you will have to log on via ntl connection.

Do you have a PAYG ntl account with which to try?
