I know this is a relatively minor thing, but since I have had to reinstall windows there is an annoying little thing happening that I don't know how to get rid of.

Every time I click on a link or the pag updates I get a "click"ing sound from my speakers.

Most annoying when browsing the net and listening to music at the same time! :-(

Any ideas what this is and/or how to get rid please?

Sounds and Audio Devices in Control Panel, under the Sounds TAB (If using XP - similar place in earlier versions). Scroll down the list til you find the click on url action and change the sound to "none"

I found it under "Start Navigation" in that Sounds list

Happy now :-)

Cheers
