I can currently watch tv on my pc with no problems. What will happen when the analogue signal is switched off? will different kit be needed to carry on watching tv on the pc?

then yes you will need different kit. On the other hand I would expect your current pc to be pushing up the daisys before the analogue signal is switched off!

If your tv card is analogue only, yes you would need to replace it with a digital card.

There are cards that do both click here ;but analogue is coming to an end

Dont panic, the analogue service wont be switched off for a few years, by which time you will probably be thinking about changing your computer for a new model.

Thanks for the replies, it was just a curiosity question mainly.
