I have a home network. I now need a new printer. I would to connect the printer to the network, rather than directly to one of the PCs. I have a spare RJ-45 socket on my router, so are there printers taht will connect to it - all the ones I find seem to have only a USB connection?

I should add - I'm after a colour inkjet printer, so may be looking in the wrong price bracket. Any comments?

HP have some budget models to look out for.

Namely the 2600n

Brother do a good range & the after sales service is excellent. I have a Brother MFC5440CN it has both RJ45 & USB ports.

Guys
Thanks for the suggestions - they got me looking in the right direction! The HP Deskjet 6940 seems to fit the bill.
