hi,
I am a user of the wanadoo wireless and talk service. Now i have windows ME at the moment and now Microsoft do not support it so no more patches. So to avoid damage i want to move to linux. Now when i have tried Linux Ubuntu in the past the wireless adapter is not detected when plugged into a usb port. and when i insert the installation cd which searches for the livebox etc it says Cannot read the cd image.
So does anyone know how i can get my wanadoo wireless internet working with linux without having to spend money and how i could do it.. Or does anyone know of another linux os that you know works with wanadoo for free.

Thanks

Ben.
