How do I remove a message, white printing on a black background, that appears each time I boot up. It refers to some missing device files for an application which, after repeated install / uninstall operations is now up and running, this message precedes each of the following file names,"vnetsup.vxd" - "vredir.vxd" - "dfs.vxd". These are followed by the instruction "please press a key to continue" after which action bootup continues, but doesn't say how to remove the message.

Dunno how to remove the message but if you reinstall

You do not say what operating system you sre using.
Can you go into Device manager and see if any of the items in their have a yellow exclamation against them, and post back with your OS.

This is a lot of reading but it might be of some help.
