Since uninstalling ZoneAlarm I receive an error message whenver I reboot. I did a search on google about vsdata95.vxd which comes up in the error message, and found a forum at ZoneLabs which discussed the problem. Problem for me is that the solution involves deleting registry entries. Sounds a bit hardcore for me. What does it involve? Should I attempt? How?

To a lot of people editing the registry is a bit daunting but have a practice run or two without hitting the delete key to get yourself used to the folders/strings etc.

For the vsdata95.vxd error:

Go to Start/Run, type regedit and OK

Using the + sign next to each item navigate to:

Click on the plus sign preceding 'VXD'and a long list of VxD's unfolds.

Scroll down to vsdata95.

Highlight Vsdata95 by single clicking it and press the DELETE key.

Quit Registry Editor, and then restart your computer.

That will be the end of your error message.
