Can anybody help with the problem of our VPN dropping out? The problem started when one of our Dray Tec routers went down. We had it replaced and our IT people reconfigured it, we also had a problem with our broadband speed which has now been rectified, but unfortunately the problem with the VPN dropping hasn't, we can still surf the Internet when this happens. So far both our broadband and IT support have failed to come up with the answer, it seems every time something is changed in the settings, either on the computer or router it holds the connections for a couple of hours then it starts dropping every five minutes or so. Has anybody got any suggestions?
