I have just bought a BTVoyager2091 with the purpose of adding (hopefully) a laptop and getting my Nintendo Wii online. My Wii recognises the Voyager as the access point but won't let me online. I have spent hours on this and it's driving me nuts! I'm not very good at the technical side of PCs and I'm afraid of messing things up completely if I tick too many boxes etc!!

Have you entered its details in your firewall? this could be stopping you going online.

As far as I know I have yes. I've just realised that the modem's internet light isn't on, so I'm assuming that the problems lies there. I seem to nee something called the VPI and VCI nos from AOL. I don't know if that will make any difference.
