Can anyone help, I have aquired a piece of malware that as yet I cannot identify. yhe problem is that it seemd to be disabeling the administrator accounts to prevent its removal. I have tried creating anoyher admin account but when I log on to that account it is immediately disabled. Any help to re-enable admin rights would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

Try starting up in safe mode with internet. Download and update Malwarebytes and run a full scan; click here

You can also download SAS portable and run from a flash drive; click here
Use another PC to copy to flash drive then run from the drive on the infected PC.
