Vista Home premium to win7 ultimate small problem

I have just legally upgraded my Vista Home Premium to Win 7 Ultimate. Generally all went ok except for a few things which have been sorted; one problem I am stuck on and any advice would be appreciated. When booting up I get an error message in a box which is titled

                   MSUPDATER.EXE Ordinal not found

The ordinal 204 could not be located in the dynamic link library USERENV.dll
