Hi guys im having a lot of problems with my laptop and so i'm wanting to do a full destructive recovery, the only problem is i dont know how the hell to do it. if anybody could help that would be great, thanks a lot.

If by "Full Destructive Recovery" you meam wipe everthing and start again -

Your hoped for success depends on having both a valid copy of the Windows installation CD and a full set of motherboard drives.

So RobTheOrganGuru and johnnyrocker sensibly ask "What ails it?"
If you can fill out the situation a bit it may be possible to correct whatever is giving you a hard time without spending days rebuilding the system from scratch, perhaps only to find you have a faulty component which caused all the grief in the first place!
