I have followed the instructions supplied on 411 Security alert, and trided to open my "Task Manager", this came up with "Your task Manager has been disabled by your administrator".

Am I now screwed for removing this nasty virus?

Start your PC in safe mode, and run your antivirus again.

If that fails, I would suggest you use AVG8 free:

Uninstall your old antivirus first (in safe mode) then install, update and run the new one.

You could also run Malwarebyte's antimalware. Download and update; click here .
Taskmanager disabled options here; click here
